We believe in developing and maintaining proactive positive relationships and to ensure each account operates smoothly we have a series of policies and procedures that we work to. The first is our 'Terms of Business' which clearly state what services are within our standard scope of work and which aren’t, how they are charged for and at what rates. The second is our bespoke 'Client Care Policy' that sets out what you can expect from us, as well as what we ask of you, so that the relationship operates smoothly. The third is our 'Quality Control Procedure' which we devise for each client to ensure efficient error-free implementation of every campaign. The fourth is our 'Customer Care Review' which we undertake twice a year to ensure that you are satisfied with your services and we remain in tune with your strategic objectives and marketing goals. In addition we give you an undertaking to be straight talking. If we think you are embarking on a misplaced advertising program or you have issued us with a brief that we feel is misguided, we will tell you and support our opinions with the reasons why.
Equally we will always keep your best interests in mind and as and when we encounter new ideas that we believe might work for you or discounted media that we feel is relevant to your target market we will inform you.
Of course over and above all of this our clients are welcome to call us whenever they choose to keep us posted and request our guidance.
