1. Flights are subject to limited availability and may not be available on dates on all flights during this period. Flights cannot be guaranteed during school and bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
2. No cash alternative is available.
3. One piece of hold luggage is included for each passenger, allowing a total weight of no more than 20kg per person. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge with total dimensions not exceeding 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.
4. Flight extras are not included in the prize, (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, onboard drinks, meals and snacks, extra-legroom seats, the carriage of golf clubs, sports equipment and excess baggage).
5. Flights must be booked by 31 January 2013.

4. For businesses with Kent travel expenses will not be charged. For those businesses outside of Kent mileage will be charged for at the prevailing HMRC rate or rail or other forms of transportation as per reasonable receipts presented for reimbursement.
